[Economy Update] Ship Trade Stations

Some ship traders on planets like to spawn on cliffs or mountains where almost non of the ships are able to spawn because of voxels being in the way, maybe you could try to make it so if something is not able to spawn for it to pick a new spot, its annoying having only two stations on a planet and both of them not being able to spawn in the ships they sell
