Easy Start Maps economy problem
The starting faction on the Easy start maps can't interreact with economy stations. Have to leave that faction and then they work. That makes some game play ideas much much harder to setup. Example our map: We set up a simple scenario with our group. Easy start mars-kill power on base and then respawn in pods on earth. Our mission is to get back to mars to "save" the base, but as long as we are in the "first colonist" faction we can't do interaction with the economy stations. If we leave first colonist faction it becomes hostile. Seems silly to remove a whole element of gameplay on maps that are supposed to be friendlier to new players.
If anyone has a suggestion for a quick way to fix this scenario with admin powers. I'd like the Mars base to be owned by our faction, but I want my players to be able to do use economy stations as I think some of our group would enjoy them.
