Dying causes the player to be locked in spectator mode on Keen official servers

both my friend and I died while constructing a blueprinted ship, and were locked in spectator mode. none of the buttons work, but we can move around and see blocks and players. reconnecting doesnt fix.

This happened to me as well however, since I am friends with the owner he allowed me to change back out of spec mode and when I did that my camera went into the middle of earth however I was unable to move this time like normal spec mode which I assume I should be seeing my character but still stuck inside earth

This just happened to me on Official NA #3, now i'm not sure what to do my ship and everythign i own is sitting out in space, hopefully nobody happens upon it! Same thing - manually welding a projected BP

Hi, have the same bug on Keen-DE#6. Happend to me and my friend. I switched to desktop and when i returned my character was dead and i could fly around like in spec-mode. I restart the game, than restart the pc and delete local SpaceEngineers files (in AppData/Roaming) but nothing helps. Every time i join the server i am in the spec-mode in the middle of the space, there is no UI except the blueprint-window when pressing F10. I can not respawn with backspace or anything else, just look around.
