DS running 'Keens' server manager has to be updated manually.

Perhaps someone should have a word with Marek and tell him if he is going to steal be inspired by Torch server management software, he should do a better job of implementing it- or just do the honourable thing and license it from the 3 amigos who created it originally; Torch updates DS automatically, just fyi...
I have the same bug
i am also having this, its not happening all the time though, since the last major, i have had to update manually about half the time, i just get steamcmd to force update all, its easier, the last auto-update for me worked fine though
