DS Admin jetpack fuel consumtion too high

When teleporting a DS admins character from an high-G environment (e.g. earth) back into zero-G space and turning off creative tools, the jetpack will consume H2 as fast, as if the character is still fighting gravity. Short burst <1 sec may consume more than 3%, the jetpack may last under 30 secs, while under normal circumstances, the full pack may last for dozens of minutes in space.
Only shutting down the client will reset the fuel rate, simple relog doesn't help.
