Drill conveyors don't work with wind turbines

If I setup a simple drill rig with 2 pistons, an adv rotor, and some drills powered only by wind turbines, everything has power but the drill/piston conveyors don't transfer ore to the rig's cargo containers. If I add a battery to the rig, the conveyors work.

I am not from Keen.I don't have specs on your rig setup, but wind turbines do not work on grids that can move.
