Discovering Factions
Won't Fix
When visiting a trade outpost, or even being near a faction ship, the faction is never discovered. At this point, the faction page is near useless outside of PvP.
It seems, since economy was implemented, factions have remained undiscoverable.

I'm sorry that you're having this issue. I have been trying to reproduce this but unable to. On a Star System world, for example, I have been able to discover factions without issue. Each time, an undiscovered faction has changed to discovered once I have reached it. Is this happening in a certain mode for you? Any further information would be excellent.
