Disconnected from LAN world because DoesntExist

I keep getting disconnected from my friends LAN game. I'm able to play for maybe 10 minutes before it kicks me out. It give the error: Joining world failed, reason: DoesntExist. Then the world doesn't show up in the friends list for me to rejoin unless he restarts the world. One thing that's kind of interesting whether its important to the problem or not is when I do rejoin it puts me back where I was with all my stuff. Normally I would lose everything and have to spawn in at a medical bay unless I disconnected in a cryo chamber, which it then sometimes still makes me respawn in a medical bay losing my stuff.
