Disabling respawn for Medical Rooms should remove them from the respawn screen

Setting RespawnAllowed for Medical Rooms in their definition should remove them from MyMedicalRoomsSystem so that they don't appear on the Respawn Screen since it is confusing to see a Medical Room and not being able to respawn there.
I would also suggest to expose the RespawnAllowrd property to IMyMedicalRoom so that respawning can be controlled more selectively. Since it is already possible to just remove the MyRespawnComponent from the entity, it should be ok to expose this property.
