Didn't get free expansions for already downloaded DLC

I started the game and I instantly got the items from the Economy Deluxe pack, but I didn't get the free addons from the previous DLCs.
I have the same bug

Same here, when I launched the game I received all of the 'steam items' from the new DLC pack but none of the newly added items for the already purchased DLC packs.

I too cannot access the Moss Armor Skin, Gold Armor Skin, Wood Armor Skin. The Disco, Glamour, and Silver came though though.

I think i got a solution. I have disabled economy dlc, run the game, got into world and got all missing skins to steam inventory, then restarted the game (with economy dlc turned on), and got all skins.

I've just loaded up my game today, didn't change anything from yesterday, and suddenly all 19 missing items have appeared in my Steam Inventory. The Gold, Wood, and Mossy armour skins, plus the Retro and Ghillie suit parts.
