Description doesn't scroll
Hi, so I found a bug in the 'G' menu. When you are selecting a block (perhaps to drag in your toolbar or even just like me to read what each block does) you can see the description on the top right window. This is fine however if you find an item with long description the scroll bar appears and when you scroll down and select an item with a short description, the scroll bar disappears only the short description stays scrolled thus cannot read.
To replicate: 1. Open the G menu
2. choose Drill and in the top right window scroll down the description
3. now with the scroll bar all the way down, choose a reactor (which has a shorter description)
you can see that the scroll bar disappears but the description of the reactor stays up.
In fact if you reverse the steps, ie: go back to drill, scroll back up and go back to reactor the description is fine.
