Dedicated Server Lags periodically (sim speed good - all players >1000 ping; network load drop)

Greetings from the community vanilla server called "Vanilla Survival - The Expanse"
We've been having an issue where occasionally all players are experiencing very bad ping (>1000) when the server is under heavy player load.
Previous to the wasteland patch, this level of player load would have caused sim speed drops and a slight increase in average player ping, but nothing like this. Sim speed seems to be fine.
You can see the network drops while this is happening from the attached image.
We can provide a copy of the game world to you for testing.

Thanks for letting us know. Are you still experiencing it? There has be various fixes regarding servers in last update (v197.170), so it would be awesome to know whether it helped you as well sort out your problem. Can you let me know, please?
