This bug isnt fixed yet, but it should be really easy to solve and no more than 5 minutes work.
The problem is that the mirrored version of the window wall left, should sometimes become a window wall right, in order to mirror it properly. As an example, try to mirror the 'window 1x2 side RIGHT inverted' block. Its mirrored version will be a 'window 1x2 side LEFT inv'. This results in correct mirroring behaviour. Now for the window wall right, the mirrored version will also be a window wall right. This is incorrect. I included a screenshot for you. You can see the slanted corner is not in the same place in the mirrored version of the block, because the block is the same. It should use the same mirroring behavior of the window 1x2 side block.

I seems not to be able to reproduce it when mirroring window wall left/right on current (v197.170) game version according to images you provided. Can you please confirm that this issue is not happening to you anymore as well, please?
