Death upon exiting cockpits and other assorted seats
this is a rather inconsistent bug, so the replication of it concerns luck just as much as avoiding it does. upon exiting cockpits or passenger seats, i have unfortunately had the unlucky situation of exploding or dying. what i ASSUME is the issue, is blocks being too close to the cockpit/seat/player model. to add to this, the deaths also occur more frequently upon exiting things on slopes and such. it doesnt ALWAYS happen, but this did occur when i exited a vehicle on a very slight angle, i immediately exploded and my body was glitched out to hell and back, stretched across the valleys and stuck halfway in the ground. i have approached others for help, but all they could tell me was that the physics were faulty.
this is probably the first bug ive ever submitted for a game, but i decided it was worth a shot. sorry if i havent made sense or left out any details.
tl;dr explosions and instant death upon exiting cockpits and seats (such as the landing pod). also occurs more frequently at angles like hills and such.

first of all, thanks for sharing your issue with us. There are already couple of similar-sounding issues out here, but I´m still not able to reproduce it; taking you shared the most relevant info.
I tried all sorts of cars standing or riding on the various slopes, and even when the car was that one that player can leave the seat and go inside the car, so after building blocks all over the inner part of the car, where I was pushed when exiting the seat, upon exiting the seat in this case, my character was spawned outside of the car.
Can you maybe share blueprints of some of the cars you are experiencing it with?
You can access your save files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Blueprints. Select the correct folder where your blueprint is saved (local or cloud), zip the file and attach it here or publish it on steam workshop, please.
Also... are you playing offline single player, or any sort of MP - lobby, dedicated server, public server? Does it tend to happen more on any specific planet? Any more info so we can narrow the issue down would be great help!
