Datapad text limit is 1,000 characters

Hello! I've noticed the datapad text limit is 1,000 characters again? If I remember correctly, this was the old limit during the public test, which was increased substantially.

This change was made due to netcode optimizations. Lost Colony has new version with too long datapads divided into more pieces.
