Darkest black is not available on the color palette when using sliders

Steps to test:
1. Reset palette to default
2. Paint something with black
3. Adjust slider for Value to anything higher then back to 0, then paint again

Yes, the black (0,0,0) is messed up.
Another way to replicate this :
1. Select color defaults.
2. Choose any color
3. Choose black
4. Select color defaults (you will see the selected block change color)
