Cyro Chamber is using a lot of oxygen

I am currently playing on the KEEN2 official AU server and I am noticing some strange use of oxygen with the cryo chambers.
I had a chamber which seemed to be functioning normally start using about 2 to 3 litres per second draining the tank attached to it in no time at all.
I logged a few times but the problem persisted, so I ground down the chamber and made a new one in its place. This seemed to fix it but after a couple of uses, the current chamber started using a heap of oxygen as well.

I have exactly the same bug.
Sometimes the oxygen usage is normal, and sometimes the cryo chamber uses way to much oxygen.
Like 5L per second, or even more.

Lol having the same issue on AU#2 aswell. It's probably effecting other servers however.
I just want to have oxygen over night keen pls fix.
