cursor keys no longer move block selection in control panel

With Wasteland update, moving selection in control panel using cursor keys no longer updates middle and right side of control panel, i.e. selection is not really moved, keys work only as mouse hover and there is no way to use keyboard to really select that block. You just have to click with mouse. Always. That is a massive degradation of user experience. No longer you can filter batteries and move through them quickly with just down arrow to check their stored power, same with checking which thrusters are on and off, or landing gears. C'mon, Keen, are you not testing at all?
I have the same bug
i noticed this too,, Also this effects main menu to and selecting a save game with a mouse, seems out of sync.
