Crashing on starting new game or joining

I am unable to play. Every time I start a save/new game/join a game I crash. I was able to play a couple days ago, don't know what has changed.
I have tried reinstalling the game on a different drive, deleting the roaming folder, unsubscribing from all mods, restarting pc... Not sure else to try. Log file attached.
I have spotted the line of " Exception occured: System.AccessViolationException: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt." but this is the ONLY game I'm having trouble with, so I have a very hard time believe my memory is corrupt.
