CPU and GPU

since of late its like SE is using so much CPU that my whole pc freezes
and that is whitout Mods
and its not only CPU but also GPUits just insane
i got a NVidia Palit-Thunderstorm 1080 ddr5-8gig
I5 quad core
and have 16gig ddr4 ram
and i play on a 64bits pc and on W10
I have the same bug
Did you tried to tweak a bit in the settings? Did you set everything to max or some settings?

maxxed but it still should give me that problem
my comp is highend yet it still asked for more then you actually need somehow
