Copy Function (Ctrl+C) Stopped Working

Ctrl+C (Copy) has stopped working in game and just does whatever is bound to C. It was fine initially, then it started saying "Copy operation has failed." and "Copy operation was successful. Grid/asteroid copied to clipboard." as well as doing actions bound to C, now failing to function at all.
Ctrl+X (Cut) and Ctrl+V (Paste) works fine. I can still Cut and Paste objects and Paste from blueprints.
It persists across save files, with copy and paste setting enabled and disabled, with enable creative mode tools enabled and disabled.
