Control Panel via Bed Crahes game; Guardians Vanilla+

I have been advised by the owner of the server, Guardians Vanilla+, to submit this bug. I apologize in advance if this is not relevant due to factors such as mod confliction, etc.
While on the server the steps to reproduce the crash are as follows:
- Log into server Guardians Vanilla+
- Spawn into owned bed or get into bed owned by current user
- Press ‘k’ to access control panel\
This remains consistent for me (concerning the server mentioned) as of 6/3/2020.
I have attempted to attach a video of me walking through this; however, I think the filesize is preventing the attachment from succedding. A link of my video, via imgur, is below:
