Control Panel menu opens in the middle of the list

When you open the "K" menu it automatically opens at the position of the block you're interacting with, instead of starting at the top like it used to.
This is extremely irritating when you access the menu via a Control Panel or a Cockpit, because you want to be at the top of the list so you can find everything easily, but you end up right in the middle of the list, or even at the very bottom!
