Constant Crashing on my own Dedicated Server with PingPerfect

My server crashed about 12 times in like one hour. I got this error:
2019-06-07 01:42:22.422 - Thread: 17 -> Exception occured: System.AccessViolationException: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.

It hasnt crashed in a while but i had a bunch of crashes before this current instance.
