Connectors unable to charge ships on multiplayer world

Jos shared this bug 2 years ago
Won't Fix

My friend and I play on our own server. We play experimental with 64 mods.

Everything went fine the first day, however suddenly without us doing anything we hadn't done previously, the connectors stopped charging stuff.

We tried rebuilding the connector, shifting between auto and recharge but nothing helped. When we connected a small reactor to the small grid, it started charging from the reactor. We also tried super gridding the miner to the large grid using merge block which also started chargning the ship. However when reconnecting with the connector, it would not charge at all, even tho the connectors showed a green light. We dont know how to fix this or replicate it but i have a video showing most of it. On a singleplayer game i tried connecting with a connector and it charged without problem so it seems like a specific world problem..

Hello, Jos!

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Please disable all 64 mods and re-test this issue. We ask for all mods to be disabled as these can cause interference. If you are still experiencing this issue with all the mods disabled, please provide a copy of the world.

  • You can access your save files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Saves. There should be a folder with your SteamID and your saves.
  • Please zip the file and attach it here. If you are having difficulty attaching files you can optionally use Google Drive. When sharing a google drive link please make sure it is set to be downloadable by anyone with the link.

Kind Regards
