Collector collects before it is finished

Found out in the playtest that the collector will collect ore even if you haven't built it to the final stage. Its not connected by conveyor naturally, but still collects stuff.

I have encountered the same bug on playtest #3. The collector was not complete, but it would still collect any pieces of ore that came close enough. Screenshot attached.
