Chatbox freeze bug

I open the chatbox, and for a second it freezes. Seems all good, but I try to type and I can't, I proceed to try to close the chatbox by using escape (nope), enter (nope) and I even tried making a new keybind (nope). So yeah, I restarted the game twice, same thing, I verified game files, and backed up game files as well, still not working.

I have the same problem in the lastest version available, please consider fixing this! It is very annoying as you need to restart the game when you open the chatbox
The problem seems to be caused by another bug, whenever i try to spawn a vehicle with the F10 menu, it will start rotating the blueprint (as if i was holding down one of the six rotation buttons) this hasn't started happening after an update, just "randomly" one day. The chat was stuck when the game kept the "page up" key pressed (doing it with a prefectly fine game will stop the chat from working, is this intentional??)
