Centre of Mass & Grid Pivot keep appearing at random

As title, since the last update many people are reporting that the CoM and GP keep showing up at random and ignore the check-boxes in the Info menu. Previously, they refused to show up or were hidden inside blocks instead of being visible through them. Please fix.
