You are right in that is NOT the center of mass. That is physics programers needing to learn basic physics. The put the pivot point at the first block placed. If the ship is meraged with another ship at any time using a merg block, then it changes. But it has nothing to do with the true COM or where the pivot point should be.

This problem can be repeated. After I printed new ship and disconet from my station the same problem occure. I see two things fixing this. Server restart or use merge block to merge and disconect ship again

I dont understeand. But its cose that ship rotate wrong, When i use key Q or E ship rotate around the point i'v selected on picture
