Castle blocks in SE

I know ther is fair few people who liked ME as well as SE, is there any way the stone castle blocks could be added to SE? personally id like to try make bases/fortresses with dual asthetic of medieval and sci-fi but the concrete skin dosent do it for me, im not sure how many other people would like this?
Does not need the full ME building block list, but the blocks like stone castle cube, arches, round tower pieces and maybe the detialing like the battlements. what are other peoples thoughs ort any workshop content already made for this?
