Cargo connected by conveyors only move certain items

when trying to transfer cargo to another container connected by conveyors of any size, Only certain items will move. [ No sorter block used ]
And you cant transfer items between two directly connected cargo containers.
Options are greyed out.
Effecting small and large grid

Small conveyers cannot transfer items bigger than the conveyer.
As for large conveyers, they should be able to transfer items of any size.
