Can't Use Menu While Other Players Update Blocks

WHAT IS HAPPENING
While scrolling through the menu or while trying to rename an object that menu will "reset" each time a player updates a block, places a new one, or deletes a block.
WHAT SHOULD HAPPEN
The menu should not be affected by block updates on the server.
HOW TO REPRODUCE
Try to rename any block while another player is placing blocks. The name of the block you are renaming will reset to it's previous state each time the other player makes an update. The same thing will occur when scrolling through a menu.
