Can't (sometimes) move things in and out of inventories after last update

After the last update I'm getting very strange inventory behavior. Some inventories seem to get stuck in some fault condition where I can move some of the contents between the inventory and my personal inventory. Some parts I cannot withdraw at all. Some parts I can, but the inventory quantity doesn't update (the volume does, though). I can always move parts to the inventory, but the quantity doesn't change. I haven't been able to find a pattern as to what parts I can move and cannot.
I've attached the save file. The issue always almost happens on Main Assembler on the ship with a beacon named Lubomir (last play it did work normally for a few minutes, but quickly ended up broken again).
