Can't recycle DLC skins

I tried recycling the Soldier Welder, Soldier Drill, and Miner Rifle. Each one said it would give me 625 tokens. They disappeared, but I didn't get any tokens. After exiting and re-entering the medical station skin changer, I saw that the recycled skins had re-appeared and my tokens were at the same number.

I'd like to recycle some DLC skins so I can craft other skins.

Guys, I was really hoping this newest update (Contact) would have this fix but the reason why this isn't that popular of an issue is because in order for it to become an issue for someone, they would have to give you guys money for these skins at the time it was first available then give you guys money for the bundle deals later. So, obviously that is not going to be that many people that have this problem but since it's giving you guys money, it shouldn't be an issue that is fixed based on popularity. I feel like it was a mistake paying for those skins because I was going to get them anyways. I even have 3 sets of Fiber and NextGen suits. Please fix this.
