Can’t launch start space engineers (steam)

When I go to launch game it goes to the loading screen for space engineers then comes up with a pop up saying
“game crashed, Graphics device drivers has crashed. Your card is properly over heating or driver is malfunctioning. Please update your graphics drivers and remove any over clocking”
The game was working fine, then I had a break from playing it (1 month or so) came back to play it again and it pops up.
I have updated the nvidia drivers multipul times, checked file intergrity I only have the stock intel turbo boost technology which I had before when it was working. My graphics card is definitely not overheating and fans are spinning fine and other games work just fine.
