Can't interact with anything...

I've been playing on this save for a couple hours, and I suddenly can't interact with anything other than the pilot seat. Can open any inventory (even my character's) and can't get into the terminals for any blocks. Hitting interact or open terminal simply results in the sound effect playing, nothing else.
Tried remapping the keys and restarting the game. Still nothing.
Any ideas?
