Can't have gyro override on for pitch and yaw at same time

(Experienced on small grid, not tested on large)

When two gyros (placed in same orientation) are set up so that one changes pitch and another changes yaw, one is "dominant" and interferes with the function of the other.

I expected that with one pitch and one yaw active simultaneously, I would get a diagonal ship turn (the sum of both individual rotations). Instead the ship will only do one of the two actions, depending on the "dominant" gyro (unsure if dominance has to do with placement order, I didn't test it).

Ex.: Pitch gyro is "dominant", but set to off. Yaw is not "dominant" and turned on. The ship turns in a circle on the yaw axis. Then the pitch gyro is turned on. The yaw turn immediately stops, and the pitch turn begins. When the pitch gyro is turned back off, the yaw turn continues. The yaw turn was interrupted despite the yaw override gyro being on the entire time.
