Ditto- I have seen dozens and dozens of people complaining that they simply can't find Uranium in space ( asteroids ), it is far too rare now. I also don;t understand why it was removed from planets considering it is naturally occuring on Earth. There is a difference between 'making survival more engaging/challenging' vs making it a head ache and massive chore...

I think I went through 60 asteroids in spectator mode trying to find it. Its nice that resources are rarer but space is BIG. It took me an hour and a bit of spectator searching. Had I done it on a server with no cheating, it would have taken a whole day. I even increased asteroid density but its still just as hard to find. It was a good choice for gameplay as it has really diversified the variety of builds, but it would also be nice to have very deep, rare deposits on the planet. I would say increase the rarity only a tiny bit. It makes for good pvp play fighting over fuel and power and uranium now has as much value as platinum.

I think part of this problem is that asteroids are spawning with no ore deposits at all on them. It used to be that all asteroids had at least two ores, but now every other asteroid is completely empty.

I spent several hours today and the day before searching asteroids in survival mode, eventually today after several hours more of endless searching I gave up and started using spectator mode and searched asteroids like that for the next few hours as well to no avail! I had to quit SINCE I'M WASTING SOO MUCH OF MY FUCKING LIFE to this game and I can't justify giving any more time to it!

Lol. Game spawns a new world with ZERO Uranium in space = working as intended.

Please don't insult our intelligence; the game was PERFECT the way it was before the Survival Update, when Uranium was on Earth and wasn't impossible to find in space- all you need to do is make it easier to find in space ( make sure it actually spawns, durr ), and make it hard to reach on Earth ( deep-ores that require you to engineer a solution in order to reach them- that's the whole point of the game afterall, engineering... ).

It really is no where near as hard to balance this game as some of the devs seem to think- maybe Marek should spend less of his time and DLC money on decorating his new office, and more time focusing on the game.

Totally agree. At least keen could let us adjust the amount of ores generated, but they won't even give us that.
