Can't add blueprint to list from clipboard
Solved
After the "Major Survival Overhaul Update" I am no longer able to add and blueprint in the clipboard to the menu. It gives me no warning or error message, it just doesn't add it at all.
A separate but related issue, every time I try to upload any blueprint or world with or without mods it will tell me "World publish failed" - "Failed to upload to Steam Workshop"

Could you please provide us with more information regarding the issue you reported including exact steps to reproduce? To report a bug into our system it is necessary to have reliable steps to reproduce in order for programmers to fix it.

I'm really sorry, I should have mentioned on the first one that this issue seems to happen to only me and I was asking for advice as the fix this.
The related but similar issue actually is a glitch.
