Cannot Join Server if Family View is enabled and ON in Steam

If Family View is ON in steam, Joining a Server set to Group only from the Server List in steam before launching SE results in the game loading screen not disappearing until family view is turned off and the pin is entered. It then allows the loading screen to display the respawn menu.
