Can go down a ladder but not back up

I was building a underground base and noticed i could go down my ladder just great but when i started to go back up i got stopped half way

I have the same bug
Should note i had my friend try and she also could not go up the ladder and was able to come down just fine so snapped a pic just in case it something funky with the way i was building it
