CA #1 Sever (Player Faction Allocation Issue)

As of the 8:30 AM (Eastern Time), after the scheduled server restart, myself and all other players on the server seem to have been removed from our factions effectively locking access of all our stuff. We still show up in our faction lists and can try to rejoin as Applicants, but if accept all was not previously set you are locked out, I don't know if this is the right place to post this but we need help. Thank You.
