building blocks double stacking

i have recently reinstalled space engineers and i have noticed that the building blocks are double stacking and lctrl and Alt keys are auto enabled just to press and hold when i place one block it adds 5 more block dont know if its ment to be or not i have never seen this happen before added a screen shot of what happens when i press left click three times
