*BUG* New Small Tank block weird collision model

New small hydrogen tank block implemented in Public beta test v1.194 has some sort of a bug when it's clipping through any other blocks while rotated sideways and at decent speed.

Video were recorded in 1080p so if it's playing in less than 720p - wait till YouTube decides to process it to its quality before watching.
