Broken thrusters when using autopilot.
Reported
It happens on occasion... and as far as I can work out, these are the steps to reproduce it.
1. Enable autopilot
2. Enable thrusters (Without thrust override)
The Ship should now work normally
3. Disable all thrusters
4. Re-enable thrusters
The ship will no longer respond to any inputs or autopilot commands
I know its not any settings I have because the second you reload the world, the thrusters suddenly start working again.

I rediscovered this bug and I have been able to consistently reproduce only with all engines turned either on or off during autopilot, although I think it has sometimes occurred in my survival world with less that all engines turned on or off.
