Breathing sound bug

Playing on a multiplayer dedicated server on easy start earth.....around the medical bay area I am getting an indicator that says there is no oxygen and I am getting the dying breathing sound. In full atmosphere, I don't take damage it is just annoying to hear it constantly. If I travel far enough away it says there is oxygen and the sound goes away......
