Not a Bug

There are no bounty contracts on npc stations

Could you please provide us with more information regarding the issue you reported? To report a bug into our system it is necessary to have reliable steps to reproduce in order for programmers to fix it.

I've never been able to find bounty contracts on any station on single player. Is it only on multiplayer?

Hello, Engineer!

Yes, Bounty contracts appear only in multiplayer. It's a PvP mission against other player who has friendly reputation with Space Pirates.
