Bought DLC's but can't access content

Hey, I bought all the DLCs but I can't use any of the blocks ingame and when I select Space Engineers in steam the DLC tab in the library is not there. When I first opened the game after buying the DLC I could use the blocks and skins but when I restarted I can't anymore?
Any idea how I can fix this?

Thank you for contacting us. This is not really in-game bug, it seems to be like it could be an issue with steam. I saw our community manager to be communicating with some other people with similar issue, so I would recommend to contact him. Could you please send him a message on jesse.baule@keenswh.com?
