Block Groups Adding new blocks at random

Spawn this vehicle and attempt to use the MART turrets, you cant, every time it is spawned from blueprint the groups mess up.
Fix the groups then blueprint it, if you copy the vehicle it wont revert groups, but blueprint it and then copy it from there and the groups will revert.
This should be easy.
Groups are as follows:
MART Turret (Intended):
Advanced Rotor Azimuth Turret
Hinge Elevation Turret
Rocket Launcher
Rocket Launcher 2
Camera Turret
Gatling Gun Turret
Remote Control Turret
Spotlight Turret
MART Turret After reset:
Advanced Rotor Azimuth Turret
Hinge Elevation Turret
Rocket Launcher
Rocket Launcher 2
Camera Turret
Remote Control Turret
Hinge Elevation Gatling
Gatling Gun Gatling
¨Gatling Gun Turret
Spotlight Turret

Thank you for reporting this issue. I have had a look at your blueprint and would like a bit more information on reproducing this as I have been unsuccessful. Would it be possible to provide a video demonstrating the issue? That would be a huge help!
Please zip the file and attach it here. If you are having difficulty attaching files you can optionally use Google Drive. When sharing a google drive link please make sure it is set to be downloadable by anyone with the link.
