Blast Door block is airtight in all directions

The Blast Door block (the normal block with smaller sides) is airtight in every direction.
I'm not shure about the small block version but for the large block version the small side wasn't airtight the last time I played. Since I wasn't playing for some time with air and there are changes like suits that are self pressurizing in pressurized areas it's maybe intended but I can't see any reason why the smaller side of the block should be changed to airtight so I think it's changed by accident or a bug.
